Fluorescent Adolescent.

Probably one of the most comfortable feelings in the world is laying next to someone you like, love, or feel safe with. That warmth of having someone next to you feels so good. It’s almost as if you just had a hot meal during the winter winds or you just drank a cold beverage on a hot summers day, yea that good feeling. I mean you can almost feel their pulsating heart, hear them breathing ever so gently when they start falling asleep. I mean one of the best parts of being the last one to sleep is admiring their beauty, shit who doesn’t do that? I do.

I like to graze her hair with my stylus fingers as I paint my lips onto the blank canvas of her forehead as I cement my love in a blistering display of poetic bliss. You see I find comfortability in the ability to feel subtle in the puddle of my significant other’s arms. I just find it beautiful that I don’t need her to be naked to feel secure, I just feel good when I’m with that special someone. I like it…I like that feeling a lot.

As much as a relationship isn’t what I’m looking for right now, I miss stuff like this. I miss feeling comfortable with someone, the moments where you don’t have to say anything at all, where you can just enjoy each other’s presence.
